THE NON FERREUX GROUP:

History:

The Company LES NON FERREUX has been created in 1990 in Lyons' area and it is specialized in the trading and the cutting of non ferrous metals for mechanical industry and for subcontracting, particularly at the beginning on the range of products in bronze and copper alloys.
Just before the retirement of its creator, the enterprise has been purchased in 1995 by Messieurs MILIOTI Pascal and Stéphane.

Due to the professionnalism of its staff and some investments in material and computer installations, the company grows ; the range of products becomes larger and larger (aluminum, technical plastics,..) and consequently its turnover and its staff has doubled in 5 years.

In 2004, the NON FERREUX purchased its competitor SANTELLI, a nearby company which is established since 40 years in the cutting aluminum market ; so it becomes one of the major actor in trading of non ferrous metals in Lyons area.

In the same year, the NON FERREUX absorbs also the Company EMT-TONNETOT with its two subsidiaries at Fontenay Sous Bois in Paris area and at Saint-Herblain near Nantes ; the group LES NON FERREUX were borned with a national set up.

To optimize the services and to provide better for customers' needs:

In January 2006, the NON FERREUX group together their industrial activities in the same premises than their subsidiary SANTELLI to form EURALLIAGE Rhône-Alpes.

Consequently, the company LES NON FERREUX becomes a group with three subsidiaries:

• EURALLIAGE Rhône-Alpes.
• EMT-TONNETOT Paris.
• EMT-TONNETOT Nantes.

Some figures about the group LNF:

• About 2 000 tonnes of products are sold every year.
• More than 35 000 orders have been dealt in 2005 with 5 000 regular customers.
• More than 500 000 parts are cut with 22 cutting machines among which 8 milling saws with numerical control.
• About 400 tonnes of products in stock for all the range of the aluminum alloys, bronze, copper, brass and technical plastics.
• About 9,5 Millions d'€uros of turnover.
